Renowned thrill seeker Simon Cowell has allegedly been banned from all his dangerous hobbies by girlfriend Lauren Silverman.
Following breaking his back in a freak accident on an electric bike, Lauren has demanded he get rid of all his dangerous ‘boys toys’

Simon has amassed a large collection of electric bicycles, motorcycles, scooters and quad bikes over the years and has often been pictured enjoying his hobbies.
However, a worried Lauren has now insisted he needs to tone down his thrill seeking activities.
A source told The Sun: ‘Lauren doesn’t want him to ride one of those bikes again, so he’s agreed with his friends and family to get rid of them as soon as he’s out of hospital.

“The power of the bike was unbelievable when he changed the setting up to the second one. The bike just flew into the air.
Thankfully he let go of the bike as he fell backwards and it didn’t land on him.”
Lauren, 43, mum to Simon’s only child Eric, is regularly visiting the hospital to deliver things Simon needs —– but is insisting he must not return to work until doctors give him the all clear.
For workaholic Simon, this is proving to be a harder task than giving up his boys toys.
The Sun’s source added: “The hardest thing is stopping Simon from getting back to work too fast. He never wants to stop.”

Simon is currently recovering from his injuries in hospital after the freak accident last weekend.
After breaking several bones in his back and undergoing a lengthy surgery, Simon is now on the mend and doing ‘spectacularly well’ according to friends.
A source close to him revealed: ‘He’s in good spirits and knows he had a lucky escape and that this could have been worse.’

Think about your like boy Eric he’s your world xx
Life changes and routines are very difficult especially for a hard working, hard playing and very active Simon. There are a wide variety of thrilling things Simon can do with no danger involved. On the AGT show when he decided he wanted to know how it felt to have knives thrown at him, it was obvious Simon is like many of us and are always wanting to try something new and are always curious about everything not only the action but how it feels inside.I could hardly watch as the knives were thrown at him. His expression showed it was more frightened than he imagined it was. We creative people have that need to explore and discover and feel. But there is a time to slow down and do more watching than participating. Eric needs Simon and absolutely adores his daddy. Lauren and all Simon’s family and friends need him. Simon I am sure realizes how terrible this accident could have been and only by the grace of God was he saved from a horrific outcome. SImon is a strong, positive man and I am sure he will find fun things to do that still give him that inner inspiration and thrill. I am pleased to read he is giving up those bikes. Thank you Simon for doing that. Cycling is a lot of fun on a regular bicycle while wearing a helmet. Simon is a smart intelligent man and he loves his work and his family and his doggies so I am certain he will make a few lifestyle changes and still be happy. Simon, remember the angels are always there with you, protecting you. Take care and focus on your full recovery. We all miss you and my prayers and thoughts are with you. Hugs.
