Simon Cowell is reportedly planning on selling his multi million Beverly Hills mansion as he wants to live ‘a simpler life’ and ‘make new memories with his family’.
Simon bought the six-bed property back in 2004. Since then he has carried out substantial changes to the residence. Already luxurious…the house had previously been owned by Jennifer Lopez, Simon undertook a huge makeover project.

Although he appears to be moving on from the bright lights of LA, Simon is keeping hold of his recently acquired, £19million Malibu beachfront home, reports The Sun.
A source told the paper: ‘The LA house was his dream for a while but it holds one too many showbiz memories.
‘Now he has son Eric and long-term partner Lauren he wants to lead a simpler life and create new memories not revolving around rock ’n’ roll, TV or parties’.
“It’s certainly the end of an era – but Simon is excited for a new chapter.”

Simon’s Malibu property was the location for last years ‘X Factor: Celebrity’ and boasts many swanky features like tennis courts, sauna, pool and gym.

He has recently been riding out the global pandemic at the house with his partner Lauren and son Eric. Plus of course, all four furry members of the Cowell clan, dogs Squiddly, Diddly, Freddie and Daisy!
