After recently selling his luxury Beverly Hills home, Simon Cowell is reportedly looking to reinvest in a Barbados villa.
The stunning property that Simon has his eye on, sits on the on the plush west coast of the island. It boasts 10 bedrooms, a cinema, gym and spa.
If the house looks a little bit familiar, then you may remember it was used by Simon for Judges Houses on a previous season of The X Factor.
The incredible villa also has some prestigious royal connections! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have used the house as a holiday home in the past.
A source told The Sun : “Simon has always loved Barbados, but always rented in the past – at great expense.
“But since breaking his back, he’s been reassessing his priorities and has been enjoying a slower, more laid pace of life.
“He’s sold his pad in LA, and wants a permanent base in Barbados where he can totally unwind and get away from everything.”
The house goes up for auction next month and Simon hopes to be able to snap up the villa for future family holidays.

Fantastic! Simon has worked very hard, long hours and so much travelling between continents and I sometimes wondered how he managed to know what day or time it was.
